For over 20 years I have been falling in love with food. Knowing how food works and how it benefits the body is of special interest to me.

 

As an athlete I have developed a personal style of cooking and eating to keep myself performing at the highest level that I can. Eating healthy should not be a bland, boring experience and this has been my mission for the last few years to show that you can eat well, with taste, flare and most importantly help you perform at the peak of your performance.

I was not always on the path of health and wellness,  2009 was a milestone year in my life. My son was just born , personally I was at a crossroad in my life, I was almost 300 pounds and was totally unhappy with most aspects of my life.

About this same time I was introduced to the world of obstacle course racing, running in the woods, in the mountains climbing things crawling under things getting muddy and getting all kinds of banged and bruised. I was instantly hooked, so much so that for the next 5 years I traveled the country as a sponsored athlete. I went from 300 pounds in 2009 to  an internationally ranked athlete in 2014/15 and retired from the sport in 2016  ranked 4th in the 40-45 year olds in North America.

My true love and passion has and always will be cooking, and I am grateful to be able to combine my love of healthy living and cooking now to help others live the best life that they can.

In my mind there is nothing better than helping people learn that they can be healthy and still eat awesome food. Sharing my passion with my clients on a daily basis is a dream come true.

 

 
 

Show Me

This is a 4-5 week hands on teaching sessions. You have your own professional chef teaching you the ins and outs of cooking/ meal prep according to your nutritional needs.

Teach Me

This is for groups of 10-30 people looking to get a better understanding of art of eating well. Find out how easy it is to meal plan, attack the grocery store, organize a game plan at home and cook in an efficient manner, all while having fun!

Do It For Me

This is most popular package!  We talk and I create a tailor-made menu and shopping list, then I come to your home and in a little more than 3 hours, I leave you with a weeks worth of healthy great tasting and great looking meals .
